Combined Graft Procedure: case 3

Preop image of a two step procedure. Notice the recession and lack of keratinized gingivae on the middle tooth. These problems will be corrected with a two step procedure.

The first procedure is root coverage with a double sliding papillae procdure.

Sutures are removed. One week healing.

This is about 6-8 weeks of healing. Additional keratinized gingivae may keep this area from breaking down in the future.

A free gingival graft is placed.

6-8 weeks of healing.
